I had an incredibly alarming experience with NC Vintage. My mother and I went shopping here last Sunday and purchased less than $50 worth of items. On Monday, a separate charge of nearly $10,000 posted to the account. When we reached out to the owners to resolve the issue, they completely ignored us with no response to resolve the issue. We ultimately had to escalate the matter and contact the owner of Southland to resolve the issue. This kind of negligence and lack of accountability is unacceptable. My daughter and I were wrapping up our vacation in the OBX and stopped here en route to our last destination. The store is small but it is very clean with a nice variety of items. Prices are very fair and none of the products are dirty or junky. I bought a decanter and a perfume bottle. My daughter got some Beanie Babies. Cashier was friendly.

This is a fabulous store with the best finds at reasonable prices! All kinds of cool things to browse through. The ladies working in the shop were so kind and friendly! The best! I have been here multiple times and always walk out with something! There is no junk here. Actual vintage heaven.
